inventions ever. It is exquisitely complex and multi-dimensional. Good curry explodes in your mouth, like a gastronomic symphony. It is not given the credit it deserves. I think the reason for that is because most people look down on Indians, so they can't bring themselves to give them credit for anything worthy.
