Yes face blah blah blah, curry blah blah blah rice blah blah blah sand blah blah blah. In my opinion, regardless of how fucked you think you are, it’s not over.

How can you tell when it’s over?

If you have the following and you still can’t get a woman with below average/average looks, it’s truly over.

• You have been lifting for 3-5, consistent years and have a good diet, lifting program and rest. You have reached your maximum genetic potential or are very close to it. And your body fat is between 10-14%.
• You have clear skin.
• Your hair looks great and you get a haircut every month. If you’re balding you took the proper measures.
• You have a job with at least an average income.
• Your teeth are white. They don’t have to be super straight, but they have to be white.
• You have either cold approached 100 random women, or you have asked out 30 women that you know.
• You have at least one interest or hobby that has nothing to do with the internet, your phone, computer or TV.
  
  
  
  If you have all of that and still can’t find a girl, well then I am sorry. You are screwed and the only way is surgery.
