Why would it be ? I myself wouldn’t describe it as good, it’s mid cause it’s objectively not understanding some racial questions, and historically there are many holes too.

The kaiser did support Lenin, and many other thinks he did were retarded. The movie doesn’t talk on the facts, also that he also wanted war, but not yet in that moment. He hated Slavs, but hating them doesn’t cause a war obviously.
It was mainly cause of Britain, also that one who said that Germany before ww1 gets stronger [ germany was only made up in 1871, also made by the unification of Bismarck ].

Read the book “der Krieg der viele Väter hatte”. It’s an good new book, and the director didn’t know anything on it, yet it explains the VERY VERY beginning, - and even before the war - the factors of this conflict
