Why is nobody here and i mean nobody... talking about facial expressions.- people that are very NT have very good facial expressions due to everyday practice with people... youtubers/influencers have also good facial expressions due to being on camera often + seeing mistakes that they make= lets just practice recording yourself and take notes

i know there cant be guide that will fit all the people, but you should absolutely record yourself talking and make notes about your awkward expressions, ugly expressions, your motion failos, your speaking skills and stuff like that

if you put insane amount of time and effort into researching shit about looksmaxxing what about you invest some time to point out your flaws in motion and learn for example what smiling(with cheeks/without cheeks/with eyes/without eyes) will suit your face better?

You should practice a lot of scenarios for example- when you meet someone, when you laugh, when you smile, when you are angry, happy etc..... so many options practice the most frequent ones

inb4 someone says- imagine doing all this- nigga you search this forum like its your job
