Unsure about getting Bimax with Dr. Kater

I've heard good things about him, but i've also seen many posts on reddit that state that his results aren't great. I've already planned the surgery with him for months but im unsure, i think IQ plays a big role in planning a bimax surgery, and many of his patients didn't do it for looks, which led to worse results but i'm just so unsure. Do you know anything about Dr.Dr. Kater from Germany, or do you know anything about other great jawsurgeons from central europe?
