I find that whether you have hollow temples or not also alters perception of IPD or just overall eye area proportions in general

This just looks like higher bf? And the right guy has less attractive soft features too. Light brows, thin lips.
My jaw can look like the left guy at 15% bf and the right at 22% bf

No I still see that the right guys jawline is very undefined. That is because of bodyfat and not skull shape. A taller chin helps the left guy but the main difference is the definition.

The differences I see between them are mainly soft features and the jaw definition. In terms of skull shape left guy has a taller chin but thats about it.
