sutures start closing at 25, but anything above 21 is barely gonna change ur face

facial structure can change till ur 20s but during puberty u can sort of fixxed recession by breathing thorugh ur nose and mewing but mewing is kind of cope but its good nasal breathing habbit also braces would help if you have underbite or overbite you could use braces and this could fix ur recession dramatically

i had braces i do have good tounge posture and i nasal breathe still recessed started all those habits about a year ago tho
