Until what age does DHT Gel work?

Title because some say it doesn't give after puberty but there are others that gain as adults, I'm guessing as long as you're DHT deficient you can gain?

No clinical data related to it besides adults with micropenises being dosed, and they did grow significantly.

It probably does something on its own up to 18-19, but it definitely seems to have benefits when used along with normal PE methods after that age. It's not expected to work after puberty but our understanding of why dicks stop growing isn't that great, systemically there would be no way for your body to distinguish it from just another growth spurt from hormonal changes.

We need more people to test it on their own tbh. I think it helps immensely along with PE simply due to it increasing erectile quality and blood flow.

I think most penis growth happens in childhood and stops or slows a lot in early puberty. My theory is the androgen receptors become insensitive after a certain point which doesnt happen in micro penis guys because they never had that growth period so they can benefit from it. If it worked in adults we would know because of steroid users and PE bros, steroid users tend to say test/DHT derivatives don't do shit for your dick
