until when does bonestructure change?

so since i discovered this site I obviously developed some form of bdd.

now I haven't been closing my mouth properly as in my upper teeth didnt rest on my lower teeth most of the time. Been doing that for a year to fraud better chin height.

now since I read all that stuff about mouth breathing and the resulting lack of support leading to downwards growth, I feel like my cheekbones lowered.
since they lack support from my lower jaw you know.

am 22 now

is that bdd or real ?

Probably BDD but your bone structure does change throughout your life.

i did same thing for years from age 14-19
my cheekbones are still the same, it's just in your head
