Upcoming surgery need help

i’m 17 nearing the end of puberty, i started fairly early and i’ve applied strong force to my palate for over a year now, and it most definitely has expanded-but.. the wider, the better.

this april i will be undergoing wisdom tooth removal- all 4, my teeth have experienced more crowding on the bottom which i hope i can fix, although there’s no lower palate expander considering it’s one fused bone unlike the upper where its two split bones, what else should i get during? i’m definitely considering either invisalign or braces but im not exactly sure what to ask for

any help? thanks

best to get an initial consultation first and see what problems you have. may have more than just crowding. i.e ur dentist might want to fix a slight overbite or something, and depending on how they do it they could cuck your face.

luckily i have good growth, i just have crowding on the bottom as my wisdoms are growing in sideways, i haven’t noticed anything on the top palate yet and no crowding but going to get removed to avoid any future problems
