Hey I first posted a long time ago asking for what to work on:

Previous post: https://looksmax.org/threads/what-s...commend-to-improve-my-face.43958/#post-792083
Me 6+ years ago:

Me within last 12 months:

Since then i've tried/had various treatments:
Hardmax:
- Double jaw surgery (incl. 4 years of braces)
- Facial fat graft
- Hair transplant
- Rhinoplasty

Soft max:
- Botox (forehead, eyebrows, under eyes)
- Filler (upper eyelid, undereyes, cheeks, jaw, lips - mostly dissolved now)
- Polynucleotides for undereyes
- Red light therapy
- Microneedling
- Steroids
- Hair tattoo
- Gym
- Meditation/stress reduction

I found the greatest gains to come from double jaw surgery, rhinoplasty, botox, steroids, gym and meditation.

Although I feel so much better than 6 years ago in every way and have directly noticed how society treats you differently when you're less ugly, recently I've hit a slump and dislike my eye area (brow, upper/lower and mid face) and overall asymmetry. In the original thread people told me to get mid face implants but I can't find anywhere in Europe that does them that isn't ridiculously pricey.

I'm wondering if people can once give advice - what I should focus on? Feel free to ask any questions about anything I've had done. I've tried to provide recent pics both front and back camera as well as ones highlighting issue areas (eyes, smile, asymmetry)

Thanks

Focus on eye area globally ,and try more hair implants so that you lower your hairline , use minoxodil for your eyebrows as well. AND GET A BETTER HAIRCUT CAUSE THE ONE YOU GOT IS NOT IT

Sorry some info I missed:
- I take minoxidil also.
- I've contacted multiple surgeons mainly from turkey about treatments and most have said I should only get a second fat graft done for mid face deflation.

I take minoxidil tablets, what else should I do for eye area? And my hair is a bit naff cus hair transplant only allows certain hairstyles or it looks like shit. Considering second hair transplant

Agreed but every surgeon I contact says to not get surgery on eye area - feel gaslit about it. Haven't found anyone specialised in orbital rim implants though

Yeah most wont go for it i suggest try getting into contact with giant implants but another good one is fat grafting on lower on upper eyelid

What’s your body fat %?

Think I'm just going to get a haircut and get some under eye filler as main changes. Seems like surgery isn't an option other than implants which seem to be not the easiest to get right.

I did but think most was dissolved. Reckon I should get again? I worry it'll droop cus filler isn't great for replicated bone.

i mean theres different types of fillers, theres ones that harden, you can prolly even do them yourself, even tho you wont find any guide here cuz this website doesnt allow diy shit
theres a subreddit about it if your interested in diy, but if not maybe just ask your filler guy to inject another type of filler that is more hard

If you really want to ascend, I suggest revision DJS with maxillary impaction and more forward advancement. Your oral volume is still insufficient as your hyoid is low when you turn your head. that would fix the midface, a canthoplasty would do you wonders eye area wise.

I probs won't do more jaw surgery cus of price but I've found a surgeon who has offered fat graft, canthopexy and temporal lift. Reckon these 3 are good combo (fat graft to under eye/cheeks)? Also getting teeth fixed.

Definitely good, you’ll be well into htn after all is done

Can I ask why braces took 4 years? That’s my personal nightmare.

good job for actually doing what it takes instead of just being neet incel.

get jaw wrap around implants so ur bigonial width fits in the ideal of being 85-92% of ur bizygomatic width. ur lower third makes u look like you have wimp skull . then supra orbital implants to widen the appearance of pfl and making brows lowset, then fat grafting. good luck

I'm gonna get jaw filler as a first test before going down route of implants but wondering where you think i should get it cus it feels like the outer parts of my jaw are almost as wide as my cheeks but the inner part is a lot slimmer (especially chin/mid lower jaw)

yeah ur gonions need to match the back of the jaws width and suit ur chin more

I'm going to suggest the cheapest procedures, but I think they will improve your appearance the most in a short time frame:

I think your coloring is fucked, you would look way healthier with the amazing trio of teeth whitening, eyebrow and eyelash tinting to make them darker (so they look fuller and denser) and a tan (fake tanner would be good)

Also, what steroids have you done? Can you provide some more info?

You've come a long way though, congrats!

great progress but for the love of good whiten teeth

they're decalcified from childhood unfortunately. whitenening doesn't working. Have to get veneers or composite bonding

Appreciate it man.

My teeth I need composite bonding because they're decalcified. Agreed on eyebrow and eyelash tinting. I tinted recently at home but it didn't seem to do anything.

Was considering melantan injections for fake tan.

Steroids - it's been a couple of years. I did one cycle of tren. This was 2021. Didn't take any further but it pushed me through a plateau.
