Update after my Genioplasty Miniwing surgery

I got also a bone graft for adding volume into the chin advancement behind the lips, had trouble sleeping since the anesthesia and swollen until I bet minimum a week but now my chin is night and day projecting even shaved while preserving my gonial angle and maxilla harmony (even better than my previous self beard frauded volume)

I will post pictures even comparative ones when the swollen is down to be the more objective possible on the succes of this procedure, but my surgeon did already wonders on my previous BSSO

He is also cheap and have an aesthetic eye knowing when to be moderate on advancement or not compared to the rest of the facial harmony so I can recommend for french or belgian looksmaxxers :

Here a first shot of progress even with swelling at my worst state of caring or most raw one if u prefer (coming from a week of poor sleep due to anesthesia I think)

Honestly compared to my before side my actual ones are far better
