I've been much bigger than I am now tbh. Same leanness and everything. I just went through a period of listlessness, and kinda lost sight of taking care of myself. I'm back on track only recently, so I'll say this is nowhere near the max potential of what's possible at this height. Think Aleksandar Rakic, the UFC fighter. Imo, people my height can definitely achieve that level of physique universally.
