Update from Dr. Eppley re: OBO (Orbital Box Osteotomy)

Consulted with Dr. Eppley, and he said my eye spacing is borderline wide-set. (Which I already fucking new)
Major correction would require orbital surgery, while smaller procedures (nose + inner eye tweaks) only give slight improvement. What do you guys think I should do? Should I send it for us ipdlets and get the full on obo eye recovery surgery or take it the safer way and get a rhinoplasty + whatever he did with the medial canthus. (Also old photo in email took him a bit to respond). Also he said that I “have a borderline level 1/2 hypertelorism.” Fucking brutal.

For the stats I don’t necessarily know I haven’t taken the time to do them, but dr Epstein denied me from the surgery basically saying it wasn’t necessary and was too invasive sadly, so ill probably try to find another surgeon who can preform it or I’ll just settle with a rhino and some canthus augmentation
