Got my reference from the dentist, she said I was applicable for expansion because my pallate is narrow. We come to the orthodontist a few weeks later and around 4 hours ago, I got probably the worst shit said to me.
"We can't expand because you would develop scissor bites all over your jaw. Sorry, but we can offer you braces!!!!!

Asking price was $9,900 fucking dollars btw.
Do you think it's over or the doctor lady was just scummy? and can't you just correct the scissor bites after expansion with braces, like isn't that their whole purpose?
Any advice is appreciated. (I have the funds so shoot away with cosmetic surgeries or orthodontists)
