update: infection (failed IM)

my ventrogluteal injection went wrong. i have an infection now

i pushed the syringe too high and was forcing it against my hip bone.

i just got back from the doctors and am perscribed 500mg Cephalexin 4 times daily

i'm gonna try pinning left hip instead maybe even today after the gym.

can any pinners chime in on finding that ventrogluteal muscle? i need help
