update on ascension

ascension update, i’m probably still ltn but recently did my first hardmax (medial canthus cut). i’ve just been doing a bunch of softmaxxed but soon (within the next 2 weeks) im going to diy a reverse pull headgear to try and aid my recessions. when im richer i will get lip reduction and rhino (if headgear doesn’t fix my dorsal hump)

do you have any advice for slimming the alar base of the nose. i have around .5 inch recession in my maxilla making my nose have a dorsal hump and giving me hollow orbits. im frauding by using volufiline im those areas to replace what should be bone with soft tissue. however the volufiline on my nose has made it a bit fatter and more ethnic. i’ve tried hydrocortisone but it started to thin the skin around my nose so i stopped, are there any other solutions?

Same here dude… im also horribly recessed. For my overbite, i can jut to fraud but I still have a dorsal hump and recessed infras like you.

Why are you using volufiline on the nose, Im confused.

I dont know any other practical solutions besides surgery

volufiline builds fat in the cavity around dorsal hump. so instead of a huge jump it’s a smooth curve of soft tissue
