update on bonesmashing experiment

been bs'ing like a few minutes a day (not including breaks and shit)
no noticable changes (since its only been a few days and it prolly doesnt work anyways)
been doing zygos, chin, ramus and nose bridge and gonions
will make another update in like a week maybe idk

been using a golf ball and my phone, lmk if I should do anything else

ive heard that people who had tried it, had worked for them but not sure - let me know if u see any progress (use knuckles 2 mins on each region of face)

Just use traditional hammer brah.

Completely flat surface so it doesn't fuck ur skin up, and force is alot more equal.

Also for the experiment always apply vaseline on clean skin beforehand to minimize damage from friction.
