I went to the doctor to get it, but they said they have a shortage at the moment. However, he can fill out a script for Zepbound, which is the same exact thing under a different brand. I have to wait now until the pharmacy has it ready.
I am just waiting at the moment for it. I have been taking supplements to prepare for it, making sure I'm not deficient in anything to avoid side effects. I'm taking about 30 different supplements right now, following the supplement protocol of Bryan Johnson.
I have also been working out regularly, like I have been for over a year. I'm going to add in peptides as well for lean muscle mass and an increase in IGF-1 for height with AIs. I will keep everyone updated on it, seeing what works and what doesn't work. So basically, I'll be the lab rat for this and will report back to everyone what works best when taking it.
