Not as extreme as the first day. But I no longer need caffeine this pill is way stronger then that and now caffiene makes the effects too jittery.

Weirdly have been way hornier I barely jerk off anymore but have been feeling more turned on. I think that effect is weird. Overall its a good effect for people with shit sleep only negative so far is anxiety
