So today I woke up and I had again alot of shedding so i decided to change to 150mg test e until my dut arrives then blast 500mg

I also finally had my first repetition of exercise while on cycle so I could finally compare my strength... (It was push day)

I did everything same 2 scoops of pre, just today I didnt glycogen load (i forgot my bottle full of carbs at home :feelswhy:)

Also note that this is 3 days difference so If I keep progressing like this I will be happy as fuck lmao, I wanna see what happens when I stop the higher trt range and go full on fucking blast


Tricep pushdown before 60kg 5x (full stack + gympin 5kg)
Tricep pushdown now 60kg 7x (huge fucking difference)
Peck deck before 62kg 5x
Peck deck now 62kg 6x
Shoulder press machine before 92kg 9x (fullstack v:)
Shoulder press machine now 92kg 12x fucking crazyyyy
This was just one exercise per muscle group I wont say everything its just insane, I wont list everything since again im lazy fuck but the combination of gear and placebo is really working :lul::lul:
