no bro look at studies there was only a increase in final adult height when people took 0.076 times the amount of kg you weigh a day your gonna fuck your height up entirely DONT do only 4 for example i would have to do ~14 IU because im 60kg every day DONT do 4 IU's just hop off hgh your destroying your development.
