It's official, I have a placement for my internship! I just need to do some administration work but it's gonna be easy. It's mandatory to have an internship for each year, at least in Dutch universities. In the United States, they only start student teaching in the final year. I start student teaching next semester! I will be teaching English! It's just mandatory here, basically half of my major (or two years) will be spent on student teaching. I guess they think the more experience, the better. This is an unpaid internship.
