Update on my new look – full transformation log

Hair:


I switched from my natural black hair to a light blonde tone. It completely changed the vibe of my overall look.


Skincare routine (upgraded):


Day :


• CeraVe cleanser


• Timeless Vitamin C 20%


• CeraVe moisturizer


• Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence Sunscreen SPF 50+ PA++++


Night :


• CeraVe cleanser


• Retinoic acid 0.05%


• CeraVe moisturizer


Extras:


1 isotretinoin capsule daily (medically supervised)


- Jaw + Teeth:


I recently got braces to correct my class II bite, and I’m also using a bite guard so my upper and lower teeth don’t make contact.


Bonus effect: this new positioning subtly improved my side profile right away.


- Fitness / Gym:


I’m currently following a 5-day split routine:


• Mon & Thu: Back, Biceps, & Forearms.


• Tue & Fri: Chest, Triceps, & Shoulders.


• Wed: Legs.


- Style:


I’m working on leveling up my style from the basics I had before. I realized I need to explore more niche aesthetics to find what fits me best. Even though I’m not into Asian culture or K-Pop fashion, I think experimenting in that direction might work well for me.


*Future updates:


• Eyes: Colored contact lenses (leaning towards blue or green, though I plan to test different shades).


• Eyebrows: Bimatoprost 0.03%


• Hair: Dutasteride + Minoxidil (preventive)


• Facial/body hair: Diode laser hair removal


• Face: Chemical peels + CO₂ laser sessions


• Skin tone: I’m currently researching the safety and medical implications of glutathione injections for skin brightening.


*Final note:


After all these changes, I feel I’m close to the limit of what can be done through soft methods. They’re subtle adjustments, but still meaningful.


If things go well in my career and finances, I already have a long-term plan for more advanced upgrades, but that’s for the future.
