Update on my parents finding out about my needles: what now?

So i made the excuse that i bought them for my friends friend and i bought the needles for 20$ and i would get 50$ bc "he didnt want his parents to find out" and he was gonna use it to inject collagen because it is more bioavailable then the collagen powder. They were hesitant but somehow believed it but now they want me to return the needles. So the real question is do i just give my mom the info and let her return then what? I assume they are going to check all of my packages from now on and i got so unlucky this was the only package ever my mom opened that was mine and it was on fucking accident fml

idk they gave me the option i bought them from amazon so i would rather just return them and get my 20$ back and the box was unopened
