Been a minute but just wanted to give an update what I am taking rn
220 mgs test e pinned 3 times a week
4 mgs reta pinned 2 a week
20 mgs iso Trent taken daily
15 mgs anavar pre workout
topical ru 10 percent Dailey
5 mgs cillais, 300 grams of carbs about an hour and a half pre workout
1 mg dut Dailey
100 micrograms mt2 Dailey paired with 20 min tanning sessions 3 times a week with 25 spf sunblock on when tanning
Going out
300-450 pregab
60-90 mg baclofen
Trying to avoid drinking as much as I can

Mirin, why only 20mg tret? Microdosing is mostly cope

I basically have no active acne. Im taking it more as a preventive measure to ensure my sebaceous gland is completely down regulated. Ill try to find a study but taking a micro dose for 1-2years basically permanently deregulates your sebaceous gland and acne will never be an issue agin.

lol when I was bulking I was doing 400
my diet philosophy is .8 grams of protein for lb and try to fill the rest with carbs and avoid all fats so I still only less then 2 k calories a day at 6 1.5 and 185 bw

Yea you should prolly eat at least some fat like 20g at least

Imo there's no reason espically on trt to not have sub 10 grams fat, plus 9 calories per gram is to costly

mirin, check diet tho even on trt fats is useless should keep em around d 40-60 tho purely since they are important. Its like estrogen for the brain essentially but honestly idk what the fuck they do fats are useless tho but it’s better to eat enough than be sorry in the long term.

i eat 40f a day butt the bulk of my fats are usually at night with my meds anyways hence i keep em other than that they do fuck all

yeah I have a high fat meal b4 talking my dut and accutane,
