update on protein restriction

for 4 days ive had no protein , only having honey and half and half

i was able to sleep but then i woke up and couldnt sleep. i theorized its either tryptophan depletion led to less melatonin production or that cortisol was increased leading to wakefulness. i took melatonin and could sleep. next time ill try aspirin to reduce cortisol
