Update on the JAW surgery or fixing of my maxillar protrusion

After a month i got my results.

The image clearly shows my mandibula actually isnt all that wrong as people said it was but it was my maxilla which grew way too much.

Before opting for surgery (Leforte 1) I will conduct a 1-2 year therapy of orthodentic upper teeth expansion and pulling back of the upper teeth in hopes to fix the overbite by at least a few milimetres, and if the orthodentic solution wont work, ill have to opt for a Lefort.

If you guys have any ideas or recommendations im open to them.

In the meantime, id love any ideas how to ascend face-wise as i see myself as being tired all the time even if im energetic asf... any ascension tips will be appreciated

you cold do marpe and then bsso or bimax with rhinoplasty.else if you don t have that narrow airways marpe+chin fillers.
zygo fillers would be good too

currently my ortho proposed an aparature that would try to expand my palate without marpe but using the same principle since im not fully grown yet... airways are quite problematic so i was thinking leforte, why you say BSSO? also could u check out my new post nd give some advice there aswell, greatly appreciate

because you have recessed mandible ,not maxilla.
i recommend marpe not that thing bc it will be mostly dental expansion.
as far as peptides hgh would be good if ur doing marpe

yeah i was debating with a surgeon today about marpe and then if needed later in life i can opt for a bimax... what do you reckon about my upper thirds that i can impact as of rn? whats wrong with them i mean something is but idk what
