I'm officially getting MSE Tomorrow March 17 after many delays due to covid and pre-mse palatal expansion. Also I've been hard mewing properly for a solid 3 months now since I made that post in December. I noticed my neck stays a good size without me even training it as much and I noticed slight postive changes on my alien headshape. My hyoid bone has risen and breathing during boxing/lifting has been much better.. It's looking lit, and the future lookin bright, stay up fellas.
