These two photos were the beginning of me getting into self improvement. I think I was 15 in these, while currently I’m pretty much newly 18 years old.
These are photos of me that were taken in the past few weeks.
now I’m gonna talk about my future ascension plans. I already posted a thread about my current routine and future plans, but everyone DNRed it so why not post again
I’m going all-in on gymcelling and roidmaxxing for the mog multiplication as well as not having to be a slave to good habits so my test stays high. Really just sick of natty gymmaxxing, it’s not enjoyable anymore.
I’m going to ease into using exogenous hormones until I’ve seen how I react and what sides I need to worry about- that being said, starting off with 200-300mg of test to override natural production and give me that extra boost. Taking it easy on hormones that aromatize so that I don’t become a bloatcel.
Later on, low-dose Tren and either Anavar or Ligandrol are going to be added. The goal is to get shredded & jacked at once (recomp, but better) and begin physique mogging while maintaining the face. This is basically the way that clavicular uses gear, I’m following his advice.
Ancillaries are going to include an AI, dutasteride, and a liver support stack like TUDCA and NAC. Will prob have eplerenone on hand in case I feel that test is bloatmaxxing me, but hoping to prevent that with estrogen/diet control and the usual strategies like hydration/dandelion root/potassium.
If oral dutast alone isn’t able to prevent hair from shedding, I’ll start on a topical RU58841/minoxidil/dermastamping protocol to make sure I don’t go bald like a dumbass. Also, regardless of if I get bad hair loss or not; I still want to start consistent topical min and dermastamping just to see if I can get back that perfect NW0 hairline. Being high dimorphism with flawless temples is an underrated halo.
And obviously I’m going to be buying the fuck out of some retatrutide. As an ex-fatass, my body likes to fight me when leanmaxxing. Reta is very helpful for food noise and mental cravings; which is personally my biggest challenge.
Already doing an Accutane course so hopefully I can make acne fuck off completely. Currently taking 80mg/day. Already being in the middle of an accutane course when starting exogenous hormones should help curb any skin related sides. Also now using 20% azelaic acid to try & fade some leftover acne scarring, as well as SPF religiously of course.
going to start using GHK-CU so my skin quality can be maintained, and then get even better. Purchasing like 10-20 dermastamp pens so I can get rid of any non-pigmented skin texture on my face as well as start stamping my body to get rid of old stretch marks on the stomach and biceps.
I’ve also started back on oral minoxidil. I LDARed it last time I tried it because it caused water retention but going to give it a 2nd chance at lower doses. Doing 2.5mg, might be a cope dose but whatever, anything to fight the shitty eyelash genetics. Speaking of lashes, at some point down the road gonna buy Latisse/Bimatoprost to try & get long eyelash halo + more striking eye area even though you can’t even see my upper lashes.
Melanotan is also definitely on the shopping list. never truly been able to get the smooth & even tan I always wanted. Obviously I don’t want to age my skin with excessive UV. Self tanning mousse and tanning drops work but it’s a complete pain in the ass to do it consistently between work, school, gymcelling and my other looksmaxxing routines.
Going to get a neck harness and force myself to train neck. Been neglecting this shit for ages, it’s another one of those things that has a noticeable benefit but is just a complete pain in the ass to commit to if you’re already training every other muscle.
I’ve also neglected doing PE. Going to buy a pump and see if I can get any good results from it. Pumping seems easier and more manageable than hanging & jelqing for 3 hours a day or whatever the fuck you’re supposed to do. If it seems like PE actually isn’t cope I’ll put aside more time for it.
Last but not least, need to buy pregabalin, & then possibly baclofen as well. Drinking is such a huge looksmin that I can’t keep doing it like i have. At the same time, I’m in college, am I supposed to show up to bars, parties, football games sober?? No fucking chance I’m doing that shit, and no chance I’m going to LDAR and stop doing social activities that require intoxication. Using pregab seems like a good middle ground.
