You won’t get shit if you quit within a month for example, in your case it’s useless to be pinning 3IU since your natural production could be somewhere around that anyway, if you pin GH make it count and do like 6IU

TBH cause Ur young you could hold 250 for 8 weeks and get results. but an easy rule of thumb is to is to track the mirror and weight. if ur gaining weight but not getting stronger up the dose. if ur getting stronger but not gaining weight uop the cals. if ur gaining both stay there. I would make any adjustments of caloroes within a 1 week timeframe. and I wouldnt up the dose within a 1 month time frame. be patient. U shouldnt even be on gear this early but if ur dead set at least take it slowly. You have many amany more years to go for bigger cycles.
