Many of you might start saying that get your wrist X-ray first, as to know if your growth plates are open or not, and if they aren't, then this is a waste of money, blah blah
True, if my growth plates are closed, then these won't increase my height, BUT there's a high chance that my growth plates are open cause I'm young and haven't experienced all the signs of adultness, and also even if my growth plates are closed, these all will help me improve my life/looks
VITAMIN D3 + K2
1. I'm 100% deficient in D3 cause I stay indoors mostly due to me being ND and academic pressure
2. will help in increasing my height
3. Even if it doesn't increase my height, it'll increase my testosterone, bone mass, etc.

1. I recently counted calories and saw I'm below the daily healthy amount of calcium intake, aka deficient in it
2. will help my bones get longer and stronger, hence increasing my height

1. Getting good quality and quantity of sleep when you're Indian, trying to move on from ur ex, academic pressure, etc., is FUCKING HARD
2. Everyone knows most of HGH is released while sleeping so getting longer hours and quality of sleep will help me release more HGH, hence increasing my height
3. Even if it doesn't increase my height, it'll help me sleep better, which is already a crazy looksmaxx
