first off fuck fof with everything here if your not or cant do bloodwork dont fucking do it, and second of all since your a begginner THE ONLY THING YOU SHOULD BE DOING is test with ancillaries, proviron is probably fine to keep along if you want but its not retainable and its for hardening not adding mass
