-Rotation between each of these every 2 days
-Dermapen is only done every 3 rotations and on low mm

Should I add or remove anything? Feedback appreciated

I suggest you moisturize your entire body right after the shower rather than doing it in the morning.

you can use a different one for your face than your body.

Good point I will definitely add a whole body mositurised to the routine after showering

Which vitamin c serum do you use

it's way easier to do right after you shower, you end up using twice as much if you do it in the morning.

if you work out it's also preferable to do the entire body to prevent stretch marks to some extent.

I wouldn’t use tretinoin every second day, would rather use it 2/3 times a week, Microneedling once a week, instead of cloth cleanser just do double cleanse, first with oily substance , then with foam. Not sure what daily serum is…

what it be more beneficial to apply the moisturiser before or after working out?

Way too complicated

Im using 0.0025% retino A, I havent had any issues so far and I believe the concentration is low enough to apply more often
I will tone back on hot cloth cleansing maybe to twice a week and use the cleanser for everyday
Daily serum:

you're always moisturized until your next shower if you're applying it right after.

I see, do you have any recommendations for moisturizers or is any fine?

Did you have any changes?
In skin, yes tret worked wonders and definitely helped my forehead and overall skin
Aslo vitmain c serum in addition to the eye mask really help in removing dark under eye circles

Start with something minimal and build up from there, no need to have a wide array of skin routine when you're a beginner. Start with a cleanser, moisturizer at morning and seal the day with retin-a/hyaluronic acid. Maybe a cleanser if you're feeling extra. A cleanser inbetween routines. And of course, a sunscreen to apply throughout the day.

Tazarotene is more effective than tret. Use it instead, don't use too much. Highstreethpharma you can get a bulk supply, or you can get from a dermatologist.
Some of the items you use may be excessive, I don't think eye products really do much. Two serums sounds excessive, I would just use the vitamin c serum.
I've never seen a night routine as necessary. I just apply tazarotene at night. Cleaning with a cleanser would probably be good as well, but again probably not necessary.
Also get a dermaplaning razor to remove small hairs on your face, every week & half. Very effective.
You should get an exfoliator, removes dead skin and makes you look fresh. I use st ives, but there are probably better ones out there.
Wet/dampen your face before you use moisturizer.
Small tip- Brush your lips with toothbrush to remove dead skin and wear chapstick regularly.

I just don’t see the point of using a dermapen and tretinoin, seems overkill imo but idk

This is an update to my previous skincare routine, before I just used a moisturiser and cleanser

Understood, I will order tazarotene when I finish my tret.

I use the vitamin c for eye area and daily serum for entirety of the face, is that still excessive?

That's pretty much what I do in my routine except alternating between tret and de matrixyl

Understood I shall order one

The hot cloth cleanser i use supposedly exfoliates, lmk if there is a better option

-I recently started using chapstick, any particular one your recommend or is any fine?
-i will use my tongue scraper for my lips rather than my toothbrush

Appreciate it @PMF1

Do you have before x after pics??

way too much product. Apply 80/20 rule and only keep 4 products : Cleanser, moisturizer, vit C serum and tret

Major improvement tho??
Definitely noticeable, but I have only been on the new routine for a week so I can't give you a solid answer

Tazarotene is not more effective than tret. It works faster and gives more irritation. In the end collagen production is equal.

What strength should I order it in? I am currently on 0.05% tret
