building up tolerance is not a place you want to be in because it can cause permanent damage to your balls, keep that in mind

Why are you lexemborant unless you have clinical insomnia? It just makes you tired all day,

It's really good for sleep even without insomnia and has no negatives besides feeling tired next day if you do feel tired just lower the dose, first few days I tried it I felt tired but after a couple days of using I felt great, It's raelly a hit or miss though its different for everyone
