I am training upper 3x a week and lower 2x a week.
My focus areas are shoulders, upper chest and lats as contribute the most to an aesthetic male physique.
Upper 1
Cable Lateral raise 2x5-9
Reverse Pec Dec 1x6-10
Low To High Cable Fly 2x5-9
Pec Dec 2x5-9
Sagittal Plane Keenan Flap 2x5-9
Kelso Shrug 2x5-9
Lat Pulldown 1x5-9
Machine Preacher curl 2x5-9
OH Tricep extension 2x5-9

Upper 2

I have my leg day figured out, I'm just after opinions on my Upper days albeit exercise selection and order is the same volume is not.
 
why aren't you training your front delts? especially since you're not pressing and the activation from low to high flys won't really grow them
