It seems to be very hard source in Europe, but overall I think this stuff is more cope than dope. Best fixes for UEE in my opinion are:
1. Fat Grafting
2. Reverse Browlift, where Botox is injected into the upper forehead to lower the brows for a duration of many months

Reason: These are semi permanent
