Upper eye lid

I use hydrocortinse for nose a while back and it got the skin around it to shrink a little but a notablish ammount, if you put it on your upper eyelid will it shrink/tighten the skin or am i retarded?

a lil. the upper eye lid is sensetive so you might get wrinkles

why would u want an already extremely thin piece of skin to get even thinner
you'd end up with extremely visible veins

hand whos skin has been atrophied by corticosteroids
