So in a lot of pics it looks like I’m an NCTcel because the angle of my upper eyelid tissue is tilted downwards and there’s hollowness in the inner area, even though my actual canthal tilt (correct me if I’m wrong) appears to be neutral/slightly positive. What causes this (soft tissue vs bone) and how can I fix it? IMG 7109

neither, eye exercises fix this issue they were practically made for them

negative hooding
probably implants + fat grafts

Ah interesting, which type of implants in particular?
I thought negative hooding usually meant when the hooding is literally over the lateral side of the eyes like Tom Cruise’s

Indeed. You do seem to have some degree of negative hooding but the major issue here is your upper eyelid tilt, it slope downwards instead of being straight or positive making the eye appear negative tilted. You should look into some kind of bleph i think
