upper eyelid exposure (16)

I have moderate upper eyelid exposure. So far I think the only ways to fix it are:

1. Hide it (thick upturned eyelashes)
2. Surgery (remove it)
3. Somehow make your eyelid cover it?

Any other ideas, or actual methods to help fix it?

Remove it? how would u get rid of something that is non existent i think your confusing it with hooded eyes.
