I essentially just want to know if there’s any non cope way to minimize upper eyelid exposure

The only non-cope way to reduce upper eyelid exposure is to atrophy the frontalis muscle via agents like botox or by consciously keeping your eyebrows down.

Volufiline won't do shit in that area unfortunately.

Only way is fat grafting. Thats the only method to permanently fill out exposure above and below eyelids. Look up aestheticswaiting on YT, he got fat grafts recently and results are undeniable.
