Upper eyelid exposure

Hi, anyone had fat grafting done to reduce upper eyelid exposure? Please share your experience and if possible drop before and afters thanks.

I am considering it, but I can not find a proper before and after to even consider it. is it even possible to cover upper eyelid without implants?? I have doubts
