Today i'm gonna showcase the progress of my inflamation after the surgery.
I was really hesitant on making a second post because, as you may notice, im bloated on all of my new photos because the diet created in order to not lose grafted fat requires me to eat slightly above my caloric needs.
The photos will be uploaded by date, so the first photo is the earliest and the last ones are the latest.

In short : no salt no sugar no hunger (caloric surplus is okay) no excercise and dont bother your eyes at all.

Also seems like you did not invest your time in the most important part and thats to maintain as much fat as possible.. if your doing the bare minimum its just a waste of money, time and "faith" that this will ascend you..

for me personally im gonna do BPC500 everyday together with minoxidil and cialis to get as much blood to the fat and make sure it stays alive.. (ofcourse no gym and being in a surplus)

My surgeon didn't really say anything about that, there was little to no information from her after the surgery (before aswell to be fair) so im just as clueless as you are. Im planning to be in surplas for atleast 2 month

I had a friend who spammed BPC and TB and did all this post op fat grafting protocol shit just to end up with a very mid result. Everybody I've seen, who has gotten a good result, all of them didnt do that shit, they just ate more post op and didnt workout.

Well if you look at other peoples post op pics when they get fat grafting in rattinan, they look extremely overfilled post op. You looked fine post op.

Well im on Oral minoxidil anyway so for me thats the case to benefit even more from this but in your case you need something else that can boast somewhat the same effect like viagra or ciallis

Yeah thats why most people are going to well known specific blackpiller clinics where they are aware of hunter eyes and not random bluepilled ones.. hopefully im being blessed in november when im doing mine but I will document everything and post a thread about it.

In your case keep doing what you have to do to maintain the fat and you will 100% be satisfied anyway compared with the before results so dw about that.

you might have to do a revision to get absolute mogger eyes but thats not new for orbital fat grafting
