Hey guys, you don't remember me but i'm back
I'm here to post about my agressive fat loss and fat grafting surgery results.
I've lost alot of bodyfat and water with a diet including : boiled chiken breast (no salt because it holds water), minimum 3 liters of water every day and greek yogurt with protein powder. (1250cal, 200grams of protein in total every day) also alot of cardio to get the water flowing better and reduce inflamation.
Now, i had to consult 3 surgeons before 1 of them agreed to operate on me.
The surgery and everything else cost 100k rubles in total.
First three pictures is me before weight loss
Second three after the cut
And everything else is photos today after the surgery.
My right eye got inflamed by the time i got home but it usually happens after surgery so im not worried. (Also i treated myself with burger king on the way home teehee)

Depends on alot of stuff but my doctor said it's usualy around a week or so

You mean the photo where it's purple? Nah, i think it's because i ate some fast food and fatty meat (drank soda with that, mind you) so it kinda made the inflamation go nuts.

But she has a son my age that (in her words) "wants hunter eyes too" so i think that's why she felt sympathy for me and was so in touch with what i want to look like.

Had to wear compression for legs i don't remember why.
Stomach feels ok but the sides hurt a little bit, not a big deal honestly
