Upper eyelid reduction - what are options and considerations?

Got 2mm on one eye and 3mm on another eye upper lip exposure. Squinting/taking pics from upper angle ascends my eye area high, otherwise I look tired or like something is wrong with me.

Tried icehoodmaxxing, but it is pain in the ass. Any other guides/surgeries/softmax I can do?

Would prefer permanent solution

Look into UPNEEQ. They are eye drops that reduce upper eyelid exposure. Did the trick for me.

I had consults with ocuplastic surgeons Vrcek, Douglass, and Abboud for almond eye surgery, all of them mentioned that Upneeq simulates a Ptosis repair, so they wanted to make sure it would work before operating on me.

I'm not sure if it's something your Physician can/will prescribe you but it doesn't hurt to ask. It was $150 for me when Vrcek prescribe it and it looks to be about a 2 month supply.
