I have a big philtrum with tin upper lips how can I get more thicker upper lips (no fillers) help is appreciated

you need a lip lift
alternatively, a botox lip flip + filler in the philtrum columns would be effective as well
lip fillers by themselves wont do shit and you'll look stupid
