I have a perfect mid face ratio/length but my philtrum is long and my upper lip is essentially non existent. I’m gonna get an upper lip lift but it will screw up my perfect mid face length.
On the other hand it will fix 2 issues with just one procedure, both fix my upper lip and as a by product of that my philtrum will get shorter, is this more worth then having a perfect mid face ratio?
