My upper lip is behind my lower lip and makes my side profile like horrible (i have a class 3 malocclusion) is there any fix other than surgery or some sort of implant or filler?

Im 15 and i finished mse, i have an option to remove my wisdoms and put braces to tilt my upper teeth forward and back as they are because naturally my teeth are a bit inward tilted, basically to camoflauge the malocclusiondepends on how old you are and which stage of development you are in
well before putting on braces, i recommend going on a cbct scan or periodontal evaluation so you can make sure there is enough bone thickness to not cause damage, as well as maybe a growth assessment xray to determine how much of growth you have left approximately. as for other tools you could use to support the process, i recommend TADs (temporary anchorage devices)/miniscrews which are usually tiny screws placed in the jaw used as a safety measure to pull the lower teeth backward without putting heavy stress on the lower jawbone structure, as well as your usual rubber bands, stretching from the upper back teeth to the lower front teeth (emphasis on this, DAILY USE).Im 15 and i finished mse, i have an option to remove my wisdoms and put braces to tilt my upper teeth forward and back as they are because naturally my teeth are a bit inward tilted, basically to camoflauge the malocclusion

now i have to ask something, do you remember you having poor tongue posture or posture in general when you were younger?
well that eliminates the need for myofunctional therapy, but it also highlights that your development pattern is also highly predictable based on family traits. genetic underbites are notorious for experiencing a late growth spurt in the lower jaw around the ages of 16-20, mostly in males but also possible in females. so if your aunts underbite was mild and was easily managed with orthodontics, your growth may follow a similar pattern. and so, if she had a prominent chin and/or required jaw surgery, your jaw may continue to grow over the next 3 to 4 years.I never had or have poor tounge posture neither have i ever mouth breathed or chewed improperly.
