I’ve been running ppl for about 4 months and want to switch it up. don’t want to do fboed because it’s gay. Should I do Ul or PA

Yhea I’ve kind of realized that, that’s why I’d did PPl for so longU would not notice a difference, so preference. PPL is the most enjoyable & easiest to stick to IMO.

My split is a bit modified so I train my arms and shoulders 3 times a week
If you don’t like training legs give PA a shot

Nah its not that they just have shit genes thats why they have got into the niche in the first place. Im not even saying they are wrong with their theorys and some things can definitely be utilised. But the impact is just giga low.I don’t think the SBL twink physic is necessarily all because of genetics. I think it is because of their training to. they are all minimalists with thier training and do like 1x4-6 on all exercises then they egolift to force progression and use the most atrocious form because they can’t do the weight.
