Upper lower or posterior anterior?

I’ve been running ppl for about 4 months and want to switch it up. don’t want to do fboed because it’s gay. Should I do Ul or PA

What one was more enjoyable in your opinion? I feel like I would like UL better because I’m not training legs every day but idk

Upper lower but it was very close
My split is a bit modified so I train my arms and shoulders 3 times a week

If you don’t like training legs give PA a shot

U would not notice a difference, so preference. PPL is the most enjoyable & easiest to stick to IMO.

Yhea I’ve kind of realized that, that’s why I’d did PPl for so long

The issue is with science based is genetics are such an unbeleivably large factor to the point where the difference other things make is so miniscule to the point where its not worth wasting time on it.

Its the EXACT reason why all the SBLers on tiktok look like shit because they refuse to take the genetics blackpill. Deluded people unfortunately who I wish the best.

Dont waste a joule of energy of it.

I don’t think the SBL twink physic is necessarily all because of genetics. I think it is because of their training to. they are all minimalists with thier training and do like 1x4-6 on all exercises then they egolift to force progression and use the most atrocious form because they can’t do the weight.

Nah its not that they just have shit genes thats why they have got into the niche in the first place. Im not even saying they are wrong with their theorys and some things can definitely be utilised. But the impact is just giga low.
